Welcome to the second edition of Leo's blog! Today we'll be looking at some injuries that could really affect how their team will play without them. First up is Lionel Messi. Usually referred to as the best player in the world, the forward clashed into defender Pedro Bigas, and Barça later confirmed that he tore a ligament in his left knee. He is said to be out for the next seven to eight weeks. Next is not very much of a major injury, but Bayern Munchen winger Arjen Robben was taken off the pitch due to a muscle injury in his thigh, about thirty minutes into a game against Iceland. Robben will have to stay off the pitch for the next four weeks. Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois suffers a torn meniscus in his right knee from a training session with Belgium. He underwent a successful surgery, but will still be out until December. Another not very serious injury, Barcelona's Claudio Bravo has a minor injury on his right calf, the muscle being the soleus. He will be closely examined by the medical staff, but with Ter Stegen in the lineup, Barça has nothing to worry about. Finally, Arsenal's Francis Coquelin faces a hyper-extended knee due to a collision during the Chelsea/Arsenal game. Arsenal's manager is staying optimistic and Coquelin says that all is going well after overgoing surgery, and might even come back soon. Anyway, thanks for staying tuned with my blog, and I'll see you next week.

Soccer Transfer News for 2015/16 Season
Hi viewers! This blog will be mostly about soccer (football) news, so if you're a big fan of the sport, stay tuned! Today we'll be focusing on major transfers that have recently taken place in the well-known leagues (Ligue 1, Serie A, BPL, etc). Some of the big ones have been Di Maria's transfer to PSG, Arturo Vidal's move to Bayern Munich, Pedro's move to Chelsea, and Bastian Schweinsteiger's transfer to Manchester United, all of which have been confirmed. Jose Mourinho, manager of Chelsea FC, offered Barcelona's Pedro a £21.1 million contract, and Pedro accepted because he didn't feel that he got enough time on the pitch with Barça, what with Messi, Neymar, and Suarez in the starting 11 and all. Former Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal was bought by Bayern Munich for $43 million, and Vidal is very happy with the transfer. Àngel di María was offered a £44.4 million deal by PSG, and he accepted because he felt Manchester United were having a terrible season, especially since he won the Champion's League the year before at Real Madrid. Finally, the World Cup winning Basttian Schweinsteiger made a deal with van Gaal of Manchester United for a £14.4 million contract because he wanted to change the way his career was heading, as he has been playing for Munich for the last fourteen years. This concludes this week' blog, but more news will surely come in the future.
